Catered my engagement party with them. The boss got on the phone and helped me narrow down my menu and made extremely helpful tips and recc’s. My guests loved the food so much I got texts day after asking where the food was from. Exceptional service! Will use them again in the near future.
I have been a patron here since they opened. The staff are very friendly, our server Mike was very attentive to our needs and extremely polite, making our dining experience memorable. If you sit up in the front there is a pizzeria where a number of delicious choices of pizza are available as well as sandwiches. I will most definitely recommend the cheesesteak sandwich loaded, it is by far the best I have ever had!!!! Update...we catered for our son's rehearsal dinner. Everyone was raving about the food and asking where they could get it. We of course told the exactly where to go and to expect nothing less than the best!!! We ordered penne with vodka sauce, chicken marsala and balsamic chicken, served with fresh salad, balsamic dressing and their out of this world rolls!!! Thank you so much to Chris and his staff for preparing us such a spectacular meal!!!!!!;
We have been ordering and eating at Russillo’s for years. It’s always consistent — delicious, high-quality food and a favorite for our entire family. When planning a luncheon to celebrate our son’s baptism, we knew we wanted to host it at Russillo’s. The entire process — from planning to the day of — was seamless. The food was incredible, and there was so much of it. Most of our guests had to bring home leftovers. The service was fantastic, and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Would highly recommend Russillo’s for dinner, catering, or to host an event.
The owner is truly one of a kind, and his restaurant Russillo reflects that in every way. We hosted our Sprinkle Shower there, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. The owner was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The food was a total hit—beautifully prepared, delicious, and loved by every one of my guests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made us feel like family. Russillo is the perfect blend of exceptional food, heartfelt hospitality, and thoughtful details. Five stars without hesitation—we will definitely come back and host a party here again!

Amazing service, sweet and attentinve staff and great food! I love that their dining room is separated into casual/take out and dine in. We didnt try many dishes but if you do come here, anything on the menu with their spicy vodka sauce is to die for!!!
Overall the best authentic italian cuisine in Caldwell, Service was good constantly checked in on us. So overall 4.5 out of 5 come here if you want good pasta,pizza or even the bread.
I just catered a party from Rusillo’s. It was truly amazing! I asked the owner Dave to keep the food different not typical Italian. Every entrée was absolutely amazing. He suggested a couple of ideas and all of them were on point. My guests were so impressed with the food and thought it was Superior quality. If you’re thinking of catering a party or just looking to go to a great restaurant that has great food and super friendly service Rusillo’s Is the place to go? You absolutely will not be disappointed., And you will be over the top pleased.
Great spot for Italian food. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend!
Russillo Ristorante is truly a hidden gem in Caldwell and one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited in the area. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, making every dish memorable. The must-order is their famous Brooklyn Chicken Parm. The crispy chicken is topped with spicy vodka sauce and pepperoni cups, then served over spaghetti for a creative twist that’s absolutely worth the hype. If you enjoy seafood, you’re in for a treat. The fried calamari was perfectly cooked, and the Hot Honey Scallops were a standout beautifully seared jumbo scallops drizzled with hot honey and served over creamy tomato risotto with grilled asparagus. We also loved the Short Rib Ragù, Filet Mignon Meatballs, Clams Oreganata, and the fresh Seafood Salad. As an added bonus, Russillo Ristorante is BYOB and offers catering and private event hosting, making it a great choice for everything from date nights to family dinners and special celebrations. Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly service I can’t wait to come back and try even more of the menu!
